SHELF LIFE zine by Nathaniel Russell and Chris Vorhees
SHELF LIFE is an exhibition of new collaborative and individual work by Nathaniel Russell and Chris Vorhees. Russell and Vorhees have worked together creating artwork, music, light vandalism, and home improvement projects since the late 1990s. Shelf Life (their first show as a duo) is an exhibit of sculptures, objects, electric lights, drawings and paintings revolving around the form and purpose of the common shelf. The work is a healthy balance of conceptual art, experimental jokes, craftsmanship, improvisation and snapshot of a long conversation between two friends about making things.
Published in conjunction with the SHELF LIFE exhibit by Nathaniel Russell and Chris Vorhees at Beach Gallery, Tokyo, Japan.
