People have been asking me about the eggs for a while. When I first printed this many moons ago it was a real sleeper. I sat on them for a long time. Nobody was interested! I thought I was alone. Slowly but surely (not unlike cooking the perfect custard-style scramble) it became a favorite and lives in kitchens the world over. I heard there is a diner in Long Beach that has it above a booth, even. So here’s a repress for the people: the egg people. the night people. the NIGHT EGG people.
